ThunderChild is on a distinguished road
Hi,
For about a week now I have been having extreme difficulty playing my favourite online game - ogame (www.orgame.org).

The problem is that the game throws me back to the login page very very frequently. This is normal behaviour for this game if you lose your connection and/or your ip address changes, however, I am not losing my connection and my ip address should not be changing.

The problem happens at all times of the day, but is much much worse in the late evening/early morning (approx 23:00 - 05:00).

Something has obviously been changed and given that only TalkTalk customers are affected I think it is safe to assume the fix lies with yourselves too.

This is one of the main things I want an internet connection for in the first place.

Hi ThunderChild,

I have posted on the thread you have linked to.

If it is down to the bots that the other members have referred to then we are limited in what we can advise as we ourselves do not have much information. There is currently a thread regarding this and we are hoping to have a statement in the next 48 hours.
